It was bright and quiet, and the spa bath was fantastic! the central heating, iron, and television were all really helpful too. 😊.

The location was comfortable and handy there, right in the center of Mansfield. Plus, it was near shops and restaurants, and the slopes. A decent size room, that also was neat with great spa bath.

The service was terrific. The suite I got was glamorous. Location: the hotel was near the two pubs and heaps of places for breakfast, all the major eateries and going on Tuesday night...

Had an amazing time! the best part was the gorgeous spa bath in my room – such a perfect way to unwind! a bit of plumbing trouble. But overall, a great stay in the heart of mansfield!

This hotel is in a great location, really close to lots of restaurants. We stayed in an upstairs bedroom, which was nice. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. 😊.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in the heart of town and within walking distance to all the major eateries. We loved being able to stroll around and explore the Main Street area, with its abundance of shops and restaurants. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The flat-screen TV and dining area were a nice touch, and we appreciated the free toiletries provided.

The only downside we could think of is that families might need to bring a plumber to unblock the plumbing in the loft.

Great room service and view! We had a romantic getaway at this hotel and overall our stay was good. the room service was fantastic, and the view from the room was breathtaking. the hotel was located in a prime spot, close to shops and cafes.

Poor spiral staircase and breakfast. the spiral staircase was a nightmare.

Great Location, Clean Room and Cozy Bed

Stayed here for a couple of nights during a recent trip to the mountains. The location was perfect and extremely convenient to get around. The room was clean and had a cozy bed which was comfortable to sleep in after a tiring day of skiing. it was great to have a TV and DVD player in the room, which kept us entertained during downtime.

Our stay was marred by some issues which made it very inconvenient. the noise level in the room was quite high, which interfered with our sleep.

The location of this hotel is perfect – it’s walking distance to everything in the town centre and close to restaurants and supermarkets. the vintage decor in the rooms is absolutely stunning, and the bed is super cozy and comfortable. the high ceilings give a sense of spaciousness, and the complimentary toiletries are a nice touch.

Some guests experienced difficulty with communication, specifically with receiving their passcode to enter the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel’s location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, with everything just a few steps away. We were amazed by the facilities - beautifully renovated rooms with high ceilings, stunning original features and modern fixtures like renovated bathrooms, showers, and spas. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and we felt secure with the easy and contactless check-in process. Additionally, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the welcome chocolates made our stay even more special.
